01. Ordering from ESDlife EShop

Shopping at ESDlife EShop is simple and easy. Membership and account login are not mandatory for placing an order, thus giving you greater convenience and more time to browse through our selection of products. Payment method and ordering procedure are as follows

  2. Select the product that you want, click the "Buy" button at the bottom right corner.
  3. Confirm your selection in "Shopping Basket", enter the appropriate quantity, then click the "OK" button.

  5. After entering delivery information, select your payment method.
  6. Confirm your order information, then click the "Submit" button

02. Payment Method

  3. Direct Deposit: Please deposit cash or cheque to our Hongkong & Shanghai Bank Account 004-500-479985-001. Write down your order number on bank-in slip and fax back to us at (852) 3151-2233.
  4. Cheque: Please send the product/service order form together with a crossed cheque to ESDlife Customer Service Department (Unit 1209, 12/F., Two Harbourfront, 22 Tak Fung Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong). Please make cheque payable to "ESD Services Limited".

*For verification purpose, and in the interest of our customers, ESD Services Limited may request customer to present photocopy of payment credit card before service delivery.

ESDlife EShop will not be responsible for any form of handling/service charges incurred for payment settlement. For direct deposit payment, you are suggested to make sure that you have an exact transaction amount in Hong Kong dollar deposited to our bank account. We will arrange to ship your order once your payment is received by our bank or your order is ready for shipment, whichever is later.

03. Delivery Arrangement

We provide door-to-door delivery service for most of our products so that you can enjoy the convenience of one-stop shopping and free gift-wrapping service for most items. Since different merchants might have different delivery arrangement, please refer to below list for details. Further details can also be found in "Fulfillment Details" on each individual product page.

FX Creations

1. Purchasing FX Creations products over HK$400 per order excluding delivery charge, customers can enjoy a free delivery service. Otherwise, HK$15 will be charged per order.

2. Upon successful payment, ordered products will be delivered on the preferred date chosen by customers during office hour except Sunday, public holiday and typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

3. This delivery service is available in the HKSAR region only excluding Outlying islands and International Airport.

Hongkong Post


Delivery service will be provided for any postal and stamp-related products order. HK$10 delivery charge will apply on any order of postal and stamp-related products per order per location.

Delivery service will only be available for orders within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Goods will be delivered by registered mail in 6 working days after confirmation of payment. Hongkong Post will attempt to deliver the ordered products twice within this 6-working day. If the ordered products are still not successfully delivered, Hongkong Post will issue a notice to the Applicant to collect the products at the post office specified in the notice within 14 days from the date of notice.

Delivery Service Charge:

Delivery Date and Time Confirmation:
The Merchant will contact customers to confirm the delivery date and time within 2 days after receiving order confirmation email.

The Earliest Delivery Date and Time:
The earliest delivery date and time is the 3rd day (including public holidays) after the day of confirming delivery date and time with the Merchant. The Merchant will try the best to meet customers' request, however, which depends on whether the requested delivery date and time is occupied or not. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery Service Restrictions:

We offer free local delivery service for all orders, while this service only applies to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories excluding Outlying islands, Restricted areas and Mail box.

Delivery Schedule
1. Monday to Friday: Online order made before 1 pm, products will be delivered in the same afternoon; after 1pm, products will be delivered in next day. *
2. Saturday: Online order made before 1 pm, products will be delivered in the same afternoon; after 1pm, products will be delivered on next Monday or before.

[Online Booking]
This online service must be made at least 7 days in advance of your event. It is available up to one month in-advance booking. This booking arrangement will be reviewed according to customer needs.

If customers choose other payment methods, please send ESDlife checks by mail or credit card information by fax or direct transfer to ESDlife within 3 working days after the date of making the online order. Otherwise, ESDlife reserves the right to cancel the relevant online transaction as if the customers give up this booking.

Once the order payment is confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email about the completed order from ESDlife.

Due to the variation in the lengths of movies, please allow a deviation of 1 to 2 hours in the selected time slots. Customers will be notified of the final movie schedule, confirmed service date and timeslot, and courses for the selected buffet menu (if ordered) 7 working days before the service date by phone from UA Director's Club. Any changes to the confirmed details will not be accepted afterwards. Please be considerate if any inconvenience is caused. *

If the final movie show time does not match with the customer's "1st preferred" service date and timeslot, UA Director's Club will offer the "2nd preferred" service date and timeslot. If both preferences cannot be applied, UA Director's Club will rearrange another service schedule with the customer while ESDlife shall not be responsible for the issue.

[Production]
"Customized Love Novel" and "e-Memory Book" will be finished within around 10 working days, while it takes around 7 working days for "Hand Painted Umbrella". The production period may be slightly prolonged around festivals or peak sales seasons, please place orders early in order to get the product on time.

"e-Memory Book":
After the product is finished, the service provider will send the customer a login ID and password to access to their own "e-Memory Book" through email.

[Free delivery service]

Currently overseas delivery option is available for selected items only. If the quality of the ordered postal and stamp-related products does not meet with the customer's satisfaction, the customer can at its own costs return the Ordered Products in its original conditions together with the original package to the Hongkong Post Postshop Souvenir Unit at 1/F Trade Square, No. 681 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon, within 14 days from the date of receiving the products.

Departure / check-in date must be no later than ONE month after the Priceline Travel Voucher has expired.

Air tickets and hotel room, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled or transferred. Travel date cannot be changed.

General terms and conditions of bonus point scheme and usage

  1. Points accumulated can be redeemed for purchases of HK$100 or more.
  2. Points redeemed for each order cannot exceed 50% of the product price.
  3. Points are valid for 1 year following a member's first login.
  4. Points cannot be transferred to another person, or redeemable.
  5. To accumulate or use your points, login is required before making a payment.
  6. EShop VIP Club reward points cannot be redeemed to pay for the delivery charge.
  7. Reward points can be accumulated in the following manners:
